Quality Training Solutions

EP Training began providing quality training solutions back in 1980 and is now regarded as one of the UK’s leading commercial transport training organisations.

With over 40 years industry experience, Ed Pargeter set out to grow his one man band HGV training business into a nationally recognised training and consultancy institution.

Over the years, EP Training has successfully expanded, gaining an unparalleled industry reputation. By constant company re-investment, customers receive professional tuition and guidance, and complete their training both knowledgeably and confidently.

What Makes Us Different?

We go the extra mile to satisfy our customers. All of our full-time members of staff (including administration and sales) have attained HGV Cat C+E, ADR, FLT, CPC and DGSA entitlements/qualifications.

Our fleet of training vehicles is regularly inspected and serviced to ensure they are well maintained and roadworthy.

Our Achievements

As an accomplished commercial transport training provider, we’ve achieved a number of significant milestones along the way. Here are just a few:

  • EP Training was one of the first training companies to write and produce the Operator CPC course in a home study format (over 25,000 courses sold to date).
  • We have over 25 years of Operator CPC intensive training.
  • We are both writers & producers of the DGSA course in home study format.
  • EP Training is the 3rd largest supplier of ADR training in the UK (we’re behind only the MOD and FTA).
  • We've obtained ISO 9001 quality assurance, securing and maintaining this status for over 10 years.

Did you know?

EP Training was one of the first training companies to attain DSA Instructor Approval for its HGV training instructors (still only a voluntary requirement). We hold over 22 years continuous RTITB FLT instructor approval.
