Safeguarding Your Operator Licence
An Operator (standard or restricted) is granted for life, but is subject to a 5 yearly review by the Traffic Commissioner.
Failure to comply with the undertakings given when first applying for the Operator Licence can result in the licence being revoked, suspended or curtailed.
