Every JAUPT approved training company will be audited within the 1st five years of being granted centre approval.
What Does This Mean to You?
It means a thorough and comprehensive audit at your training centre that lasts approximately 6 hours.
It means the JAUPT Auditor will want to see a Driver CPC course being delivered (2 hours approximately.)
It means a thorough and comprehensive review of all centre documentation, processes and procedures.
The JAUPT Auditor will want to confirm your organisation is delivering Driver CPC training to the standards as per JAUPT terms & Conditions.
So far out of the 100+ training companies that have been audited the constant non conformance relates to centre documentation, policies and procedures.
In it not just a case of running professional courses, its also about what procedures you have in place behind the scenes.
For example: Driver feedback. It’s not acceptable to just collect feedback forms and store them away in a cupboard.
The auditor will want to see how you collect, record, analyse and act on the course feedback you receive.
Half Day Driver CPC Auditor Course
To assist training companies maintain JAUPT approval EP have developed a “Driver CPC Audit Compliance” course.
This course will go through the whole audit process as well as provide useful document templates that your centre can take away and use.
The course is 1/2 day in duration and is delivered from our Great Bookham Training Centre.
Course price is £115 + Vat per delegate.
