HGV Training Course

EP Training has been delivering LGV training for over 30 years. They have a proven track record of delivering high quality HGV instruction.

EPcater for all categories of licence including cat C1 (7.5 tonnes) cat C (rigid)  and C+E (Drawbar-Conversion) licence acquisition. 

All LGV instruction is delivered by D.S.A. (Driving Standards Agency) approved instructors.  EP ensure your training will be delivered on vehicles that are modern and well maintained.

Paramedic or Horse box Training

E.P. Training now delivers Cat C1,  (7.5 tonnes training.) We have a new VW Crafter 7.5 tonnes vehicle which is an absolute joy to drive.  If you are considering a career as a paramedic or you drive a horse box then C1, 7.5 tonnes entitlement may be all you need. Training Course Location

Training is conducted from our HGV Truck Training centre in Addlestone, Surrey, or if preffered we can come to you. We have the use of an extensive off-road training area to carry out the reversing procedure. Our LGV tests are conducted from the DSA testing station located in Guildford Surrey. The LGV driving test is booked to coincide with completion of your training course.  Your training will be conducted in and around the Guildford area.

Driver CPC. What Does This Mean To You?

In order to be granted a Driver CPC you must demonstrate you have the required skills and knowledge to carry out the duties of a Professional Driver. To demonstrate competence you must pass a total of 3 theory tests and 2 practical tests.  Your Driver CPC training and testing and LGV will go hand in hand.
