First Aid Training Surrey

Health and safety plays a significant role in today’s workplace.  It’s important to ensure the wellbeing and protection of all company personnel, whether it’s out on the road or in the office. EP Training has launched a new range of recognised and accredited first aid courses to complement our range of professional driver training.

Our Level 3 First Aid at Work Course is a three day course that’s recommended for someone who has little or no first aid training/experience.  Completing this course will ensure the candidate has received in-depth coaching to deal with both minor and major incidents at work, calmly and efficiently.

On completion of the course students, having been trained to the highest level of first aid, will have achieved the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, allowing them to act as a dedicated first aider in the workplace.

For those who already hold the first aid at work qualification, we also offer a two day First Aid at Work Requalification.  In order to attend this course candidates must meet certain criteria.  Please see further details within the course description.

Both courses are held at our training complex in Great Bookham, Surrey.  Our courses adhere to the very latest protocol and procedures to ensure first aid emergencies are handled correctly.  Our tutors are highly qualified with many years of first aid training experience.

Our course topics include:

  • Legalities, responsibilities and reporting
  • Heart attacks
  • Dealing with an unresponsive casualty
  • Eye injuries
  • Fractures and spinal injuries
